12-Month Warranty
Every Commonora leather bag comes with a 12-month warranty on its stitching.
What is covered
If any stitching or seam on your bag comes undone through normal use within 12 months of delivery, we will repair it.
What is not covered
- Zips, buckles, straps, clasps and other hardware
- Normal wear and tear, scratches, scuffs and marks
- The natural changes in colour and texture that leather develops over time (patina)
- Damage from accidents, misuse, overloading, water, heat or improper care
- Bags that have been altered or repaired by someone else
How to make a claim
- Email hello@commonora.com with your order number and clear photos of the stitching.
- We will review your claim and reply within 1 day.
- If your claim is approved, we will explain how to send the bag to us and repair the stitching.
This warranty is repair only. It does not include replacements or refunds.
Your legal rights
This warranty is in addition to your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and does not affect them. If your bag is faulty when you receive it, you have rights to a repair, replacement or refund under UK law, separate from this warranty. For returns, see our Return & Refund Policy.
