Tonight, show your family the craters on the Moon.

No experience needed. This 70mm telescope sets up in minutes, and the finder scope helps you aim. Soon you're looking at craters, mountains and plains on the Moon, right from your backyard.

Everyone takes a turn at the eyepiece. Phones stay inside. And somebody asks to do it again tomorrow night.

Couple stargazing on a patio

Bright, clear views of the Moon

The 70mm lens gathers plenty of light, so the Moon looks sharp and bright. The 300mm focal length gives a wide view that's easy to aim, and the 5×24 finder scope gets you on target fast.

70mm aperture telescope

Zoom from the whole Moon to a single crater

Start wide with the 20mm eyepiece (15×). Fit the whole Moon in view with the 12mm (25×). Get close to the craters with the 6mm (50×). Add the 3× Barlow lens to go up to 150×. On clear nights, Jupiter and Saturn show up as small, bright discs.

Magnification guide

Set up in minutes, steady all night

A built-in level bubble on the mount helps you set it up straight. The aluminum tripod has three height settings, so kids and adults can both look comfortably. The pan handle moves smoothly up, down and side to side.

Built-in level bubble

Easy to carry, easy to share

It's light enough to take to the backyard, the balcony or a campsite. A gift that gets the whole family outside, for birthdays, holidays or the curious one who always asks what that bright star is.

Telescope size compared to an adult

Clear winter nights are some of the best for stargazing. Get it home before the holidays and start with tonight's Moon.
